Our well-established OCD Support Group was formed in 1998, following the Annual Obsessive Action Conference in London . It has long serving members some of whom travel from as far as Derby , Brownhills, Wolverhampton , Gloucester and Solihull .

We hold monthly group meetings every third Saturday afternoon from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. in rooms at Carrs Lane Church Centre (opposite Marks & Spencer's and near to Moor Street Station) in Birmingham City Centre.

The format of our meetings covers open discussions between sufferers, friends and carers, with occasional input from Professionals who have studied causes and treatments of OCD.

Our small committee work hard to formulate an interesting and informative programme of meetings and social activities. We will continue to engage a selection of visiting speakers, who will cover a whole range of topics, which have in the past, proven beneficial to sufferers and carers alike.

Our group has network links with the charity organisations such as OCD-Action, OCD-UK and No Panic and we have built up a small reference library of books, tapes and conference papers to loan members.

If you are an OCD sufferer, relative, friend, carer, or a Professional interested in OCD, you would be most welcome to any of our relaxed, informal and friendly meetings.
